No coffee pot in the room!!! Trash cans are ridiculously small!!! Navigating entryways with pets is a hassle!!! Heavy doors complicate access for families!!! Rooms lack adequate bedding for the sofa bed!!!

No coffee pot in the room, unbelievable! The entryways are so tiny. I could barely fit my designer luggage through the door. Woudl ve been nice to get a complimentary upgrade, but I guess red carpet treatment is reserved for someone else. Almost gave a good review, but this was just too much to overlook.

The room lacked a coffee pot, which was disappointing, especially for early mornings. The trash can was quite small and placed under the kitchen sink, so a bathroom trash can would have been helpful. Furthermore, the breakfast on weekends left a lot to be desired. it wasn’t as fresh as expected, with items being old and cold. Despite these issues, I would likely choose this hotel again when I’m in Beaumont.
