No coffee pot in the room!!! Trash cans are ridiculously small!!! Navigating entryways with pets is a hassle!!! Heavy doors complicate access for families!!! Rooms lack adequate bedding for the sofa bed!!!

No coffee pot in the room, unbelievable! The entryways are so tiny. I could barely fit my designer luggage through the door. Woudl ve been nice to get a complimentary upgrade, but I guess red carpet treatment is reserved for someone else. Almost gave a good review, but this was just too much to overlook.

Can just recommend for a weekend escape
Comfortable room, convenient location, with a decent breakfast that featured fresh fruit options, and I appreciated the fitness center being clean and well-equipped for a quick workout after a day of exploring the city.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel had spacious rooms with a well-maintained kitchenette, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff were delightful, always ensuring I had what I needed, including thoughtful breakfast options to start my day right.
Better accessibility for senior guests would be helpful.

The location of the hotel worked great for our baseball tournament. only about 5-10 minutes from the field. We had a suite with a cozy efficiency kitchen, which was perfect for meal prep. Loved that the TV could swivel between the living area and bedroom. The automatic shades added a nice touch to the ambiance. The pool area was refreshing, and I appreciated the spaciousness of the room, making it easy to relax. However, there were some inconveniences. The room lacked a coffee pot, which was disappointing, especially for early mornings. The trash can was quite small and placed under the kitchen sink, so a bathroom trash can would have been helpful. Furthermore, the breakfast on weekends left a lot to be desired. it wasn’t as fresh as expected, with items being old and cold. Despite these issues, I would likely choose this hotel again when I’m in Beaumont.
